Tehran Berkeley Management and Engineering has entered into execution phase of modern era which necessitates creation of an organization capable of exercising technical, contractual and legal controls inside each departmentto handle the relevant projects for its appropriate performance in shortest time and lowest possible cost. We have created and organized such services for our own use in projects on hand as well as a specialty service to be offered to contractors in general.
Tehran Berkeley project management division of each department, in conjunction with the design divisions of each department and IT department, can offer the following services:

2.      Project planning and scheduling by different methods, including O.B.S., W.B.S., C.B.S., of project and sub projects.

3.      Establishing project information system.

4.      Control over project design, procurement and execution.

5.      Budget planning on weekly and monthly bases.

6.      Resource evaluation and progress tracking, day to day progress monitoring and project data gathering.

7.      Comparative reports and analysis of BCWS, SCWP, ACWP of project.

8.      Periodical project progress reports.

9.      Controlling budget over run and resource over allocation for each scope of work.

Tehran Berkeley’s main objective of project control is to prepare a reliable project schedule, evaluate the project progress and monitor and control the entire project effectively.

For this purpose, the methodology of the executing project planning and control containing overall progress of each individual unit of contractor’s work and overall progress of the works at the complex are completely identified and the overall complex master schedule is developed.

1.      Continuous monitoring and control of the master schedule

2.      Analysis of the master schedule, identification of incompatibilities and delays and suggestion of remedies

3.      Report in the areas of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
