Tehran Berkeley by 60/40 percent shares has formed a joint venture with the Oilfield Supply Center (OSC) of Government of Dubai and has established the “Iranian Oilfield Services Company” (IOSC) which is active in:
 

·         Fishing, Milling, Multi-Lateral and Thru-Tubing Services

·         Multi-Purpose Jack-up Services

·         Directional, MWD and LWD Services

·         Logistics and Infrastructure Development

·         Machine Shop and Inspection Services

·         Drilling Fluid and Services

·         Oilfield Workshop Services

·         Consulting Engineering Services

 

(IOSC) is presently handling the Logistic Base Services in Bandar Imam Khomeini, Bushehr, Kharg, Asaluyeh and Kish Island, which is  providing services to Shell, Total, Agip Iran, Norsk Hydro & Statoil onshore and offshore operations in Iran.

  1. Large Scale EPC Contract

 

 

Tehran Berkeley has established with Taisei of Japan world largest contractor a company in Iran called (Taisei-Tehran Berkeley Engineering and Construction Co.) for EPC large scale contract. We have already signed a contract for EPC package to renovate and modernize all Kharg Island large scale oil terminals for up to 6 million bls/day crude export.

Tehran Berkeley has established an experimental cooperation with Kalmyk (Russia), "Shiv-vani Universal LTD" Drilling Co. of India for some tenders in Iran. Although Norwegian, Chinese, Romanian Drilling Firms have shown interest for long term cooperation, TB has established Iran Intercontinental Drilling Company (IIDC), in Kish for this future cooperation.

  1. Fabrication, offshore & large process units

 

 

 

Tehran Berkeley has signed an agreement with the “National Petroleum Construction Company” (NPCC) of Abu Dhabi and has registered the "NAFT SAZEH" company for the construction and operation of a fabrication yard at Qeshm Island Free Zone Area.

Tehran Berkeley has signed an agreement for cooperation with Keppel Fels of Singapore mainly in fabrication of drilling rigs in Iran.

Tehran Berkeley on May 2001 has made an agreement to join force with "HOT Engineering AG" in Iran. Our joint forces are in progress to secure a large scale Reservoir Engineering and Monitoring Project in Iran.

Tehran Berkeley has also signed a  joint venture with  INECO onshore construction group of London and has registered a company called INECO –IRAN PJSC for onshore construction projects, especially in Asaluyeh (South Pars). INECO-IRAN presently has won an insulation contract  with Hyundai for phases 2, 3, 4 & 5 of South Pars Project.
