Tehran Berkeley has been active in the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea area for more than 25 years, performing several studies, data gatherings and Phase I and II’s in different onshore and offshore locations along the Iranian shore. The activities covers diversified fields like, ports, structures, coffer dams, roads, irrigation networks and most importantly, Oil & Gas related infra-structures.
In recent years, several long and short term plans have been devised to develop this area, prompting Tehran Berkeley to put an special emphasis on its activities therein.
Qeshm Builders has been established with the aim of converging Tehran Berkeley activities in the area, benefiting from the engineering known-how of the mother company and at the same time rendering construction and logistic services.
Qeshm Builders concentrates in Asaluyeh and Caspian sea. It owns a 24 room four star hotel and recreational facilities in Asaluyeh area to be operational from Sep. 15th equipped with all sorts of facilities, and a 200,000 m2 yard in its vicinity, in which a residential complex, a logistic base, a process modular units prefabrication yard and an aggregate exporting facilities are designated to be built. Also a business center complex is under construction in the city of Asaluyeh.
In Caspian Sea, construction of a logistic base and fabrication yard along the Iranian shoreline (Tonekabon and Amirabad) are under progress. |
