  1. Alumina Handling Jetty Engineering & Construction Supervision for Al-mahdei Aluminum Ref. Complex awarded April 2007.

  2. Hydro-Electric Power Plant's Engineering for Tarik Dam in Rasht Gilan province, awarded April 2007.

  3. (MC) Abadan Refinery , the Management contract expansion project with two offices in Shiraz & Abadan awarded to TB & it has kicked off. Both offices have been established early August 2006.

  4. Expansion & upgrading of Iron Ore & Material handling Jetty Engineering for Bandar Abbas minerals & steel free zone has started on Aug. 2006 by Tehran Berkeley.

  5. Some Engineering work for Bandar Abbas refinery expansion has started by Tehran Berkeley since July 2006.

  6. Engineering & Supervision of Arak product pipeline (160 Km, 26" Diameter) awarded TB office in Arak has started the work for NIOC, as of April 2006.

  7. New contract is signed to design a new port for OTC a subsidiary of NIOC by TB in Khark Island on March 2006.

  8. Tehran Berkeley North West Railway Main Bridges Rehabilitation Engineering Studies Project dated March 2006.

  9. Taisei-Tehran Berkeley, Engineering & consultant Co. has participated in Chabahar port contract. It is a large development project tender to be financed by Japanese on March 2006.

  10. Tehran Berkeley & Golestan Regional Water Co. was concluded since Feb. 2006 in Gonbad Kavoos province & now is in tendering phase of contractor selection.

  11. Chabahar new project Engineering & Supervision has been awarded to Tehran Berkeley on Feb. 2006. The cooperation started in different Engineering & Managerial work.

  12. A technical cooperation contract has been signed between Tehran Berkeley & INPEX, Japanese Oil Company for Azadegan oil filed in Feb. 2006.

  13. Contract between Tehran Berkeley and Golestan Regional Water Co. in Gonbad Kavoos province and now is in the tendering phase of contractor selection.

  14. EPC contract for Tabriz-Miandoab product pipeline & pumping station valued about 20 million dollars contract with Tehran Berkeley as leader has been underway successfully with NIOC since Jan. 2006.

  15. Daneshmand Reservoir Project, the MC contract between Golestan Regional Water Co. & Tehran Berkeley was concluded since late 2005 and now is in tendering phase of contractor selection.

  16. The Social & Economical Studies of Golestan Irrigation & Draingae Network contract was concluded late 2005 for Tehran Berkeley.

  17. Line 4 of Chador Malu expansion Engineering & Inspection has started on Jan. 2006 in cooperation with Cobe Steel, in Japan.

  18. Khark Island  Azarpads I & II and T Jetty Renovation  & Modernization contract, 24 month period, to be carried by TAISEI Japanese contractor,  (second largest in the world, ENR 2001) and TEHRAN BERKELEY joint venture. (Taisei – Tehran Berkeley Engineering & Construction Co.), (June 2002).

  19. Topsides of Soroush & Nowrooz Oilfield is constructed in newly inaugurated yard belonging to NAFT SAZE ( Subsidiary of TB ) for Shell Oil Co.32 months job with 1,400  work force at peak in Qeshm Island, the contract was awarded to NAFT SAZEH /NPCC joint venture (March 2002).

  20. Logistics for Doroud  (Total), South Pars 6, 7 & 8 (Statoil) and Norsk Hydro “Marine base“ was signed with IOSC a TB subsidiary with employment of 300 Iranians, (December 2003).

  21. Chadormaloo Ore Mine expansion phase was awarded to Tehran Berkeley as mother consultants for civil, mechanical, electrical, etc. (Jan. 2004)

  22. Strategic very large-scale, crude storage tanks for Iran, design, preparation of EPC TB was awarded contract & supervision on behalf of NIOC (PEDEC), ( March 2003)

  23. Lali & Karoun Oilfields (South) surface facilities design and preparation of tender documents was completed by Tehran Berkeley. (Dec. 2003)

  24. L.A.B Plant in Isfahan & Export Facilities in Bushehr, Engineering, preparation of tender for expansion of L.A.B Plant in Isfahan & Export facilities in Bushehr, for Iran chemical industries investment Co., L.G. Engineering of Korea is our partner on this project.

  25. Engineering for Tange-Bijar, sour gas field surface facilities in Iraq border was awarded to Tehran  Berkeley. (Dec. 2002)

  26. Management and Manning of Alborz & Alvand offshore drilling rigs (owned by IOOC) was awarded to Tehran Berkeley by IOOC. (Dec. 2001)

  27. Kaveh Port, Qeshm Island, Persian Gulf, Free Zone port was initiated & completed by TB ( March 2004).  100,000 DWT Oil carrier and general cargo vessels - 18m/C.D. depth design and construction management of the port, including 260 m length pile jetty and 230 m of Access Bridge are part of the work.

  28. Imam Khomeini Port, Persian Gulf

    Iran’s largest port design, construction and supervision of port facilities, including 60 Kms of railways, some 240,000 m2 of roofed warehouses on piles, 1000,000 m2 heavy duty "Asphalt" open storage , 6km oceangoing carriers jetties.

     

  29. Lavan Oil Terminal,  Persian Gulf

    Jetty consisting of 4 berthing dolphins, 4 mooring dolphins, 7 trestle supports for cable trusses, 360 m of bridges and trusses, 330,000 DWT oil carrier. Study and repair design of existing facilities, damaged during war. Increase of berthing capacity from 280,000 ton to 330,000 ton vessels.

     

  30. South Pars Sulphur Export and Logistics Port ,Asaluyeh, Persian Gulf

    Basic and detail design of port and its offshore/onshore facilities including 70,000 DWT bulk storage vessels, -15 m/C.D depth, 1,800 meters of  in –14m/C.D. depth wave and wind measurement, sedimentation analysis, physical and mathematical modeling and Caisson Jetty as EPC completed (Dec. 2003).

  31. Port of Nowshahr,  Caspian Sea

    Sheet pile jetty, 8m draft, oil carrier and general cargo vessels
    Development of the old port, including study and design of breakwater extension, shore protection wall and onshore facilities, general engineering is in progress by TB.

     

  32. Port of Bahman, Qeshm Island,  Persian Gulf

    Island’s main cargo, passenger & transportation port for 3,000 DWT general cargo vessel, 1150 m of break water develop Development of the existing port design of 500m of steel sheet piles as a new jetty, (130 m) extension of the main breakwater, onshore facilities.   

     

  33. Offshore jackets of Resalat field, Persian Gulf

    Overall study and design of drilling exploration and logistic jackets which were ruined during the war was completely renovated in Resalat oilfields, Persian Gulf.

  34. Bushehr Oil logistic port,  Persian Gulf

    The only port rendering logistic services to offshore fields in the Persian Gulf. Port design including finger jetties completed 1988.

     

  35. Port of Neka,  Caspian Sea

    The first NIOC "Oil Swap" port in Caspian sea, 5 X 5,000 DWT oil carriers/general cargo vessels (simultaneously) design of port including 3 breakwaters and onshore facilities with scheme for increase capacity including accepting 70,000 carrier.

     

  36. EPC contract for lighting, aviation & tele-communication (latest aviation technology) systems, for Kangan Airport & Helicopter facilities north Assaluyeh gas field. The most modern equipped Airport in the country near gas fields and refineries for conventional and emergency case operation.

  37. Shahre Kord, Hamedan , Malayer, Abu musa, Tonbe bozorg, Lengeh, Tabriz, Mashhad Airports was also designed by TB. The entire airport including, runway, taxiways, passenger terminal and control tower is designed and supervised by TB.

  38. City of Mashhad passenger terminal

    City of Mashhad has the largest yearly tourists in the Middle East next to Mecca. The design of this large passenger terminal, hotels shopping center including the highways and bridges around the terminal is prepared by TB and the construction is underway under TB supervision. The area is over 150,000 m2 roofed facilities
