The purpose of this document is to provide a general description of the quality system, which applies to the works and services, supplied by Tehran Berkeley Managers and Engineers as Management Control (MC) experts or construction supervisors.

The quality system meets the requirements laid down in contract documents (specifications, drawings, etc.).

Certain rules and regulations are followed in order to identify requirements and to ensure that construction material and methods used comply with the specified criteria. Well-trained and experienced personnel using formal standardized document systems and construction control methods will supervise the civil works.

According to the organization chart, a Quality Control Assurance team will be established for site supervision. QA/QC team’s first task will be to revise the proposed process, based on specific conditions and needs of the project. This assessment will continue during the project so that any deficiencies can be addressed and remedied.

Utilizing Tehran Berkeley’s archive, specific QC forms will be devised or brought in  for the project. Equipments and instruments are checked and calibrated in accordance with established rules. Results of checks and inspections carried out are systematically documented. Deviations from specified acceptable tolerances are noted and corrected.

QC inspectors and supervisors will control the quality of works and services on site.
