Our procurement section arranges, facilitates and controls the following:

    

  1. Identification of manufacturing companies and/or suppliers, specially for the items needed in oil & gas projects.

  2. Identification of companies providing engineering, technical and transportation services.  

  3. Checking the rate of material manufacture & corresponding with various companies to obtain the required information to get familiar with the latest technologies in the above mentioned industries.

  4. Having the possibility of receiving market information & being informed of the price trend for the items needed in oil & gas industry with concentration on drilling items.  

  5. Issuing local and international material supply tenders, collection of data and selection of qualified suppliers after reviewing their quotations both technically + financially.

  6. Correspondence and exchange of technical information with the manufacturers and suppliers inorder to ascertain receipt of technical and acceptable quotations.

  7. Establishing procurement offices in Dubai-U.A.E., Kish & Qeshm Island Free Zones Area and in Assaluyeh, south-east of Bushehr. 

  8. Obtaining the principal agreement & necessary permits for establishment of mechanized transit warehouses.

  9. Signing (MOU)s with some very important companies of the region to finance & participate in oil & gas projects.

  10. Establishing customs clearance  and procurement services offices in the ports.
