Tehran Berkeley  Group of Companies commenced its drilling work-over, maintenance and manning of the offshore rigs by gathering a group of well experienced Ex-Oil Industry Engineers in the field of drilling.  In addition, by recruiting a group of well experienced Mechanics, Electricians and Drilling Crew, entered into signing a contract with NIOC-Offshore for rehabilitation and operation of a drilling rig to work-over the offshore wells by replacement of downhole Reda Pumps. This Task was completed in shortest possible time with the complete satisfaction of the NIOC Offshore Drilling Department. As a result, maintenance of the work-over rig was assigned to Tehran Berkeley through a separate agreement.
 

In addition to the above-mentioned activities, Tehran Berkeley Management and Engineering with the aid of its foreign company joint
ventures such as: Oilfield Supply Center, Petrom, Kalmneftegaz, Russia & CPTDC of China, is prepared and capable of providing oil
well services/maintenance, down hole operation, onshore and offshore drilling activities at internationally accepted standards.

 In a recent move IRAN Intercontinental Drilling Co IIDC was registered by Tehran Berkeley Group of Companies and have made
agreement with CROSCO of Zagreb to become share holder in IIDC, for all offshore & onshore drilling operation.
