Job Description for the Management Contract (M.C.) of Upstream Field Development 

  1. Managing Director - Shall be reporting to the Board of Directors and will be responsible to ascertain that all aspects of rules, regulations and job specifications set forward by the owner regarding the upstream field development plan is adhered to and followed specifically by the contractor who is responsible for execution of the project. Along this path, a group of exploration M.C. consisting of Geologists, reservoir engineers, petroleum, engineers, process engineers, project engineers and computer engineers shall provide the required assistance in order to implement the task to meet full satisfaction of the owner.
     

  2. Deputy Managing Director - shall assist the Managing Director in all aspects of M.C. operation which is indicated above. During the absence or annual vacations of Managing Director, he shall assume the responsibilities of the position to the best of his ability.
       

  3. QA/QC Engineers – Shall report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and quality control of the projects carried out on the upstream field development.

  4. Head Safety, Fire and Environmental Engineering – Shall report to the Managing Director and will be responsible to ascertain that all safety, fire and environmental rules and regulations are adhered to during the upstream field development projects.

  5. Head Computer Services Engineering – Shall report to the Managing Director and will be responsible to provide all data pertaining to the reservoir engineering, model study and control the data provided by the contractor during the project execution.

  6. Exploration Manager – Reports to the Managing Director and is responsible to ascertain that all the upstream field development project specifications are carried out to the satisfaction of the owner.
