IOSC is a private joint stock company established under the laws of Iran. The shareholders of the company are Tehran Berkeley Managers and Engineers, an Iranian company holding 60 %, of the shares and Oilfields Supply Center Ltd. The largest of its kind in the world with over 50 years of experience ( UAE government company) holding 40% of the shares. Both shareholder companies have extensive experience in the upstream oil and gas industry in Iran for both the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and more recently with the operators of the “ Buy Back “ Projects.
The company itself has its head office in Tehran and is operating logistic bases in Bandar Imam Khomeini, Kish Island, Khark Island, port of Bushehr and has plans for its presence at Assaluyeh.
The services of the company are profiled herein and include the following key upstream activities: logistics, supply vessels, jack-up vessels for maintenance, accommodation and well servicing, oilfield equipment repair, maintenance and inspection, drilling fluids products and services, formation evaluation and directional drilling, through-tubing fishing and completion. Survey and inspection of all types of offshore structures are competencies existing within IOSC.
