An effective HSE policy will be concise, easily understood and available to everybody. Tehran Berkeley(TB) has developed its own safety policy to meet its own particular requirements, based on the following philosophy: 

·Acceptance of the principle that all injuries can and should be prevented. 
·Management at all levels is responsible for preventing accidents. 
·HSE should have equal status along with other primary business objectives. 
·Acceptance of the need to provide facilities and procedures, which are healthy, safe and friendly natured. · All equipment, which may cause injury or damage to the nature, should be safeguarded. 
·It is necessary to train all employees to work safely and to understand that in long terms, observing HSE principles is to their own advantage as well as the Company's. 
·Accident prevention is good business. A safe and healthy operation is usually an efficient operation.  

Based on these principles, HSE procedures are devised for different projects, taking into account their specific conditions.
