This division of Tehran Berkeley Engineers have started its activities since the early years of the company. This division has been active in design, supervision and execution of all architectural projects, and has been successful in finalizing and completing the projects in relevant fields as follows:

In the area of marine and port development - we have carried out study, design and supervision on the construction of ports, support facilities and offshore platforms. In the area of transportation - we have conducted study, design and construction supervision of passenger terminals in cities, airports, seaports and relevant facilities. In other areas - we have carried out study, design and construction supervision of recreational complexes, hostels and industrial service compounds. At present, the Architectural and Urban Development Division of Tehran Berkeley Engineers is in possession of a group of well experienced architects, civil and town planning experts and its rich technical information resources as well as the back-up services of other divisions enable us to handle every phase of any project from preliminary studies to  preparation of tender documents and subsequent supervision of project execution.
