“Tehran Berkeley Management and Engineering group”, a multidiscipline privately family owned joint stock company with 31 years of experience has been active in oil / gas production engineering at onshore / offshore, petrochemical engineering, plant facilities rehabilitation, marine engineering, civil / construction water resources, dam construction, rig supply and have handled the manning operation and maintenance of two offshore drilling rigs for the National Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC).
Tehran Berkeley is in the process of joining force with a foreign company for the required services on the Management Control (MC) on the buy-back and field development projects for the operating companies which briefly require the following tasks: the buy-back reservoir extensive study, reviewing the submitted MDP’s monitoring the buy-back contractor procedures, cost estimation of various buy-back projects, reviewing the contractors upstream and down stream proposals.
Tehran Berkeley Engineers and Managers are devoted to globalization and international cooperation and moving toward that direction establishing joint companies in engineering, supply, construction services, operation & maintenance manufacturing and large scale project management and contracting the projects using its resources with partnership of advanced technology and management companies abroad. |

B: Manpower
There are over 252 permanent hired employees, and average of 40 additional specialists and experts of Iranian companies which work under management of Tehran Berkeley on temporary or long term basis. The above managers and personnel do not include Iranian managers and employees who transferred or hired by the subsidiary companies.
C: Offices: Tehran Berkeley Engineers and Managers has different offices in Shiroud and Nowshahr in Caspian Sea, Qeshm, Kish, Bushehr, Assaluyeh, BIK in Persian Gulf, petrochemical zone in Khuzestan, Ahwaz, Salafchegan, and main office of 14,000 squrare feet in Tehran. Each subsidiary company has his own site & headquarter office in Tehran.
D: TB absorbing local and foriegn partnership: Tehran Berkeley's shares are going to be offered in Tehran stock exchange and hopefully in one European stock exchange in 2006. TB also welcomes discussions with international groups toward globalization.
